BRIAN HENDERSON'S BAGGED BERLINETTA

Fitted Ferrari hits new lows. (Video Below)

If you know Brian Henderson, Co-Founder of Rotiform, then you know he has a problem. Brian can’t seem to stop collecting the coolest cars from the 90’s. Granted, this is a problem most of us wish we had. One of Brian’s latest additions to his stable is a prime specimen of the Ferrari (not red) F355 Berlinetta, complete with air suspension from Japanese air-ride visionary, Prazis Exclusive Design. We hope you agree that this 90’s super car checks all the boxes, especially the functional fitment one.

When it comes to designing custom forged wheels, Rotiform has become a household name in fitment. No need to stop with a bagged Ferrari. The envelope was pushed with 19×9.5 and 11-inch forged Monoblocks in a brand new design called the TUF-R. A simple, yet sharp and aggressive split-spoke design coupled with a massive covered lug bowl, flows synonomously with the aggressive, slanted body lines of the F355. In the end the TUF-R creates a stunning, period-inspired motorsport look.

With this project, bringing the F355 to the ground was imperative. The results are a commanding relationship with the road. From the rear, it appears the 11-inch wide wheels barely squeeze under the quarter panels and ground clearance for drivetrain bits is negligible. Just the way we like it.

Not many silhouettes get better than this. Period. The TUF-R helps calm down the aggressive angles of this 90’s legend while still maintaining a retro motorsport vibe. It doesn’t hurt to have massive Brembo brakes under them either.

There isn’t too much to say about Ferrari interiors from this era other than we wish we could shake the designer’s hand. Elevated gated shifter. Bolsters for days. Only the essentials. And that extra-low seating position all add up to a visceral driving experience. Topped off by the classic tan leather, it’s an all around win. Thanks Ferrari.

Not only does Ferrari’s renown 8-cylinder power plant help in the fast category, but so does it’s body styling. The F355 looks like it could cut through a 150mph headwind without breaking a sweat. And who’s going to argue with pop-up headlights?

Below, you’ll find a quick video of Brian’s F355 looking the business on one of Rotiform’s newest wheel offerings all wrapped up in a fresh set of Toyo Tires. Enjoy, and let us know what you think in the comments.
